Changes influenced by Industry 4.0 fundamentally change the rules of the game from the perspective of both organizations and employees and become serious challenges for employees in their careers in order to meet new operating standards and maintain competitiveness, therefore the aim of this work is to reveal linkages between entrepreneurial alertness, career adaptability and career satisfaction. |
