Abstract [eng] The thesis seeks to make the AB Žemaitijos Pienas company be more diverse and profitable in its export market strategy. The main reason for that is to be less dependent on a few existing export markets and gain additional revenue from the export activity. Economical and political instability in the region where majority business is done is constantly affected, which in return affects the company’s sales performance. Existing product surplus in warehouses encourages the company to look for opportunities where cheese and curd products can be sold. Also, the growing demand for dairy products worldwide creates opportunities to earn solid revenue from export activities and reduce product price. The object of the research. The object of this project is AB Žemaitijos Pienas company and its export strategic development in Asian countries. The purpose of the research. Assess the company's export development opportunities in Asian countries.
