Relevance of research. Cities and regions are facing increasing competitive pressures from economic, social and cultural processes and are increasingly struggling to establish themselves globally. International cultural events are an appropriate and useful tool for implementing such positioning strategies. However, the topic of cultural programs in Lithuania is still not sufficiently analyzed. It is necessary to improve it by analyzing the management of cultural programs. Therefore, it is important to reveal what leads to the smooth and successful organization of the implementation of international cultural programs, and what are the main principles of the development of the international cultural program management model. |
