The growing relevance of virtual teams in organizations and modern approach to project management underline the need for new researches to reveal virtual team importance in implementing value-added projects. It is assumed that virtual team is closely related to the concept of project added value. However, the links between these two objects have not been extensively studied in the scientific literature. It is not clear what are the links between virtual team and project added value. This brings the question how virtual teams contribute to the business projects added value. |
