In this master thesis there were analysed composite beams (composed from steel and concrete) which were applied in Lithuania and abroad. There had been reviewed potentialities of application and the main advantages of composite beams comparing to conventional widely applied reinforced concrete beam. Also presenting parts of composite beams, containing materials and scientific researches of composite beams which had been researched in this area. In the experimental part of the thesis some benchmarks were chosen (such as price, retention power, timespan of installation and etc.) then specialists of constructions were surveyed and the most critical benchmarks were selected according to this survey. The benchmarks significance (theoretical and complex) also were rated by Entropy method. Composite beams effectiveness evaluation were performed according benchmarks selected during the survey of specialists. There was specific building chosen and one specific part were designed with all types of beam described in this thesis. The beam which were designed for building of administration were on 7th floor in the middle, 5,4 m length, and were loaded with concrete slabs. The price of all types of beams were calculated and compared with conventional reinforced concrete. The installation’s price of the cheapest beam were calculated and were compared with the price of installation of reinforced concrete. |
