Abstract [eng] |
From the practical aspect it is known that building regulations are getting stricter. In order to achieve all requirements, the building needs to be healthy, comfortable, long lasting, economical, energy efficient, rationally using natural resources during its life span and doing little pollution to the environment. This is achieved by using innovative technological solutions. This thesis covers four innovative facade systems. Technical as well as economical evaluation has been made. Using the comparison method, the most significant innovative façade criteria was established. Using the proximity to the ideal point method (TOPSIS) and the gamling theory method the most optimal innovative façade system was determined. To determine the best innovative system a survey in the construction industry was created which covered technological aspects of the building process. A public building is chosen which can be adapted with the best innovative façade system. To achieve this task the object is estimated as well as a technological card has been made. |
