Project objective: to develop a model of construction planning and logistics for building in the city old town. Objectives of the project: to analyze the scientific and practical literature, to describe the main systems and models of construction logistics. According to the literature analysis, develop a methodology of construction logistics plan for building in the city old towns and to carry out an analysis of the efficiency of logistics in the old towns and provide recommendations for solving the most common problems. The project consists of three parts: literature analysis, methodological part, construction planning and logistics evaluation of buildings in the city old towns. The project consists of 66 pages, 14 tables, 21 pictures. In the first part of the thesis, literature analysis on construction logistics research was carried out, the most common problems in the field of construction logistics were identified. In the second part of the project describes the composition of the logistics systems of construction, describes the construction logistics plans are used in the world practice and the examples of the construction logistics plan are presented. In the third part of the thesis, the efficiency of the application of building logistics systems in the city old towns and high-rise areas is performed. According to the results, the main problems in the construction process, as well as the least efficient construction logistics systems during construction, were identified. According to the object analysis, recommendations are made with the most common problems of construction logistics and their solutions. |
