Abstract [eng] |
The final master’s project analyzes modular home technology applied in Lithuania and abroad. The review is made on various modules and their application possibilities, alternative construction and thermal insulation materials, modular house instalation methods and instalation influencing factors are reviewed. Modular home components, materials and research in this area are presented. In the research part the most suitable thermal insulation was analyzed. The most important criteria was price (Eur/m3). Of the 8 alternatives examined, stone wool was the best thermal insulation material. The next study compared modular construction with traditional construction. The study found that modular building is better than the traditional building of silicate bricks. Evaluation of selected alternative solutions based on the developed criteria system and using multi-criteria assessment method was done. Using multi-criteria assessment method, the optimal option for the choice of thermal insulation material is proposed and the alternative is used in comparison of modular construction with traditional construction. The work consists of introduction, 3 chapters, conclusion, bibliography and annexes. Thesis consists of 105 pages, 40 pictures, 16 tables, 33 bibliographical entries and 12 annexes. |
