The aim of the final master's thesis is to analyze 3D printing technology, to study and to create a cement binder for proper concrete printing. In this work, the most recent 3D concrete printing methods and realization of structures is reviewed. During the research, concrete reinforcement methods and components of the concrete were analyzed. Depending on the literature reviewies, accessories are selected for the cementitious binder for concrete creation. During the experiment, the cement binder was created, the physical and mechanical properties were determined, microstructure analysis was performed on the samples. The effect of an ultrasound diperger has been studied in the development of cement binder composition. Forming of concrete samples using created cement binders, comparison and conclusions were made. |
