| Abstract [eng] |
The master‘s thesis aims to investigate quality parameters of stainless steel products, which are made by using cold sheet metal stamping and resistance projection welding methods. In thesis literature about cold sheet metal stamping, resistance projection welding and quality parameters was analyzed. For master‘s thesis particular product was chosen, which dimensions of profile were unstable. The stability of dimensions has been checked by using coordinate measurement machine. Welding parameters and equipment was also analyzed. The strength of resistance projection welded products was checked by performing tensile and torque tests. Data from strength tests was compared with finite element numerical method calculations. Lastly conclusions of the thesis are presented at the end of the work. |
