The aim of the master's final project is to analyze the packing line of the company which manufactures flat furniture and make robotics suitability study considering process flexibility, efficiency and the duration of the investment payback time. Organization of packing line, packing line processes, statistical quality analyzes and ergonomic research using OCRA method is made to achieve this aim. According to the analysis of the company's X packaging line, factors which is negative to the quality and work positions that are harmful to the health of the worker is founded. After analyzing the main packaging of the company production assortment and identification of critical jobs positions, there was founded effective proposals for robotics processes. |
