The aim of the research is to analyze the opportunities of increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of the immigration policy implementation in Lithuania. There are three objectives of the reasearch set to achieve the goal: 1) to analyze and systematise the theoretical aspects of the immigration policy implementation; 2) to highlight legal regulation and institutional structure for the immigration policy implementation; 3) to identify possibilities for improvement of the immigration policy implementation in Lithuania. The object of the study is the immigration policy implementation and the subject is the effective and efficient immigration policy implementation. |
