Abstract [eng] "Application of Perpetual Inventory Method (PIM) to Lithuania fishery sector capital valuation study" is prepared according to the implemented project "Evaluation of the capital value, investments and capital costs in the fisheries sector" according to multiannual Community programme for the collection, management and use of data in the fisheries sector for the period 2009-2010 in Lithuania. European Commission regulations oblige member states to collect and use fisheries sector capital value, investment and capital costs data. This study is prepared according principles of the main document - "Evaluation of the capital value, investments and capital costs in the fisheries sector" No FISH/2005/03. According methodology presented in this document Lithuania fishery sector capital valuation is performed. Study consists of four chapters. In the first chapter "The outline of fleet capital valuation" are presented summarized principles of the main document – "Evaluation of the capital value, investments and capital costs in the fisheries sector" No. Fish/2005/03. The second chapter presents "Short review of Lithuania fleet". The third chapter presents "Fleet market value assignment methodology to Lithuania fleet", where prices are simulated using 473 fleet units, 251 from them - Lithuania fleet and 222 fleet units for sale on the market with indicated prices. Price simulation and assignment is performed using factor, reliability, category regression analysis and k-mean clustering methodology. The fourth chapter "Lithuania fleet capital value estimation" presents precondition for capital valuation, calculations and information used.
