Abstract [eng] Digital accessibility is becoming increasingly important due to legal requirements and the need to ensure an inclusive user experience. However, in practice, accessibility requirements are often identified at later stages of software development or applied inconsistently, leading to higher implementation costs and reduced solution effectiveness. The research involved analysing existing methods and standards for identifying accessibility requirements, identifying their limitations and shortcomings. The proposed solution is based on linking system functionality characteristics with accessibility recommendations using formalized rules and probabilistic evaluation, enabling the determination of requirement relevance and prioritization. The study applies literature analysis, comparative analysis, modelling, and experimental evaluation methods. The developed solution enables the automated identification, filtering, and specification of accessibility requirements, ensuring a consistent and repeatable process. The results show that the proposed methodological solution allows more accurate and systematic identification of accessibility requirements, reduces dependence on expert knowledge, and improves requirements traceability. This creates conditions for more effective integration of accessibility into the software development process.
