Abstract [eng] This Master's final project addresses the problem of inefficient employee training in computer graphics software caused by time constraints and the high cost of traditional methods. The relevance of the work is determined by rapidly evolving technologies and the need for companies to upskill employees quickly and flexibly. The aim of the project is to improve the process of training company employees to use computer graphics software by implementing a virtual learning environment. The object of the research is the process of training employees to use computer graphics software. Research methods include scientific literature analysis, an employee needs survey, a comparative analysis of platforms, and a system usability study. During the project, an “AutoCAD” training system was developed on the “Moodle” platform, integrating interactive H5P video content with stop points, practical engineering tasks involving drawing submissions, automated testing, and a peer-review module. The system's content is structured according to micro-learning principles, allowing for study in short sessions. A usability study was conducted with 25 company employees who tested the developed environment. The results showed that after the training, employees' self-assessed “AutoCAD” skills rose from 2.2 to 4.0 points on a five-point scale. As many as 92% of respondents indicated that the applied micro-learning model was convenient and allowed them to combine studies with work. Furthermore, 68% of the study participants confirmed that their productivity in performing daily engineering tasks increased after the training. 100% of the study participants would recommend this system to new colleagues. During the study, directions for improvement were identified: using examples from real company projects for practical tasks, extending the time limit for tests, and integrating a chatbot to provide instant assistance.
