The final project consists of the main parts: research, technology planning, work safety and economic calculations. The research section carried out an analysis of the literature in order to find out more about the factors that would improve the quality of the press in the offset printing process. Based on the results of the analysis, there was done a research of tone value on the printing plate and build a dot gain compensation plate curve. The technology planning section analyzed the processes of brochures from prepress until printing process and was made a complete production plan. The production scheme presents all the major stages of production that are required for the brochures to be properly prepared for printing and produced. The work safety and ecology section analyzed risks at work place and identify risk groups that could endanger workers' health and safety. In the economic part there was provided the investment witch are required for the implementation of the new equipment and technology of the prepress department and its benefits and effectiveness were substantiated. |
