The final master work analyzes the energy consumption in Lithuania and European countries. The progress made towards the Directive 2012/27/ES is overviewed. An outline of the currently used traditional and not tradicional energy-saving measures is presented. The energy consumption of an administrative building in 2016 - 2017 is analyzed as well as he inspection of the administrative building's engineering networks is carried out, identifying the possibilities of energy saving. Economic utility is calculated using selected energy saving measures on the basis of the established economic indicators. An analysis of the sensitivity of investments payback time as well as net present value is performed. |
