Abstract [eng] |
In the first parts of this final master project General Electric turbofan jet engines, their design and technical data are analysed. Considered the CF6-80E engines assembly differences. The project focuses on engine shafts, bearing systems and bearing assembly. In the last project parts was established signs of occurrence problem and bearing inner nut loss processes. Using technical analysis and collected data, engine mid-shaft bearing assembly elements performed computer simulations of SOLIDWORKS. After calculations are valued mid-shaft rear bearing elements acting force and displacement. The results of the research project are presented in the conclusions and summaries. |
