In this work, the possibility of regulating primary frequency using municipal waste co-generation power plants is considered. The theoretical part reviews the municipal waste incineration cogeneration plant and its components. The main blocks involved in the technological process are analyzed. The technical characteristics and inertia are evaluated. In the project part a system modeling is carried out in order to find out the possibilities of such type of cogeneration power plants to participate in the regulation of the primary frequency. For this purpose, dynamic models are created and simulations are carried out using MATLAB / SIMULINK software. As a result, we see the ability of different models to participate in primary frequency regulation. |
