In the final work, the faults of tem tmh shunting locomotives that are related to frequency converters are investigated. Frequency changers are described, their operation principle is described. The statistical data of the tem tmh series locomotives and frequency inverters are presented based on modifications. Locomotive downtime is analyzed in non-scheduled repairs according to fault classifications. Identify the most recurring faults. Calculations are made for losses incurred on the road, stationary repairs and losses due to faults in frequency converter. The loss assessment is based on an analysis of the ambient temperature, relative humidity and vibration, and exposure to frequency inverters throughout the year. Possible causes for possible failures are identified. Descriptions of how to reduce downtime in unplanned repairs. This work aims to improve the technical operational status of the rolling stock in order to reduce the downtime of unplanned repairs to a minimum by improving the quality of repairs. |
