| Abstract [eng] |
The final project of the master's work presents manufacturing the handmade plantable seed paper. Studies carried out in the scientific research analyses seeds mechanical and chemical properties, which seeds are the most appropriate producing handmade paper. The aim of research is to follow handmade paper with seeds growing stages and assure that all processes is as environmentally friendly as possible. The research is comprised of printing on handmade paper estimation and printing visual microscopic qualitative assessment. The chapter about technological processes design includes the handmade paper production technological schemes along with descriptions of chosen equipment and production processes. Selected friendly for environment materials besides chemicals additions. Calculations for machine and human resources are provided to produce the quantity of products. In addition the layout areas and drawings of the equipment layout are provided. Economic chapter offers financial and economic calculations, complete the investments costs and production prime costs. Calculations net cash flow, profit, estimated break point, provided average profit charts. In work safety and ecology chapter offers work safety requirements for suitable work place. Analyses the risks of dangers value and solves decisions for problems. Final chapter of the master’s work presents results and conclutions for inovative idea of the project. |
