Abstract [eng] The final thesis analyses a hybrid air to water heat pump and photovoltaic power station system. It creates a methodology for device selection and identification of needs for any residential building. Main parameters for selection of suitable heat pump and solar power plant are dynamics of heat and electric energy needs. In this case, 8 kW heat pump and 8 kW photovoltaic power station are chosen for 120 m2 A+ energy efficiency class building. This system the will be capable of satisfying all electric and heating energy demand for the analysed object. Based on an assessment of two different solar panels, whose lifetime and power depreciation yield significant annual differences, it becomes clear that both types of photovoltaic power stations will pay off after the same period of 19 years.
