The master thesis analyses opportunities to transfer public sector services to non-governmental organizations. In contemporary society, public sector cannot always meet adequately the society’s needs for public services because of the lack of funds or the increased use of public services. Non-Governmental organizations are often considered not only cheaper but also more customer-friendly providers. Public services are the area in which the objectives of the public sector and non- governmental organizations are being identified. |
