Minibus body structure modification and certification potentiality analysis allows comprehensively have a look at the theoretical part of the law and practical design features. In this work analyzed minibus bodywork main elements, the legal requirements for the structure. Interviewed companies, with the help of which, the information about certification were presented. Before performing numerical calculations with SolidWorks Computer Engineering Design Program, numerical and analytical calculations of simplified elements are performed. This method let choose appropriate program tools in order for the calculation speed and accuracy to be optimal. After calculating the final model, the calculations are carried out with and without the body, which shows that the stiff bending increases 2,8 times, and stiffness rotation 15,2 times. |
