The main aim of the project is to set the factors, which determines trust in civil service after the comparative analysis of the civil services of Lithuania and Norway. The problem of research is what factors determines low level of trust in Lithuania’s civil service system? The object of the research – trust of civil service. The subject of research are factors which determining trust in the civil service in Lithuania and Norway. There are three tasks set out. The first, to analyze theoretical aspects of trust in civil service. The second, to examine strategic and legal aspects of trust in civil service in Lithuania and Norway. The third, to investigate the factors determining trust in civil service in Lithuania and Norway. |
