Along with the formation of information society, the person‘s ability to adapt as a worker (specialist) to the daily increasing flows of information and knowledge, relevant to one‘s daily activities, is becoming more and more relevant. For specialists in the 21st century once learned basic knowledge and practice is not enough. Various innovations and inventions that change everyday life also bring effects to work and it‘s nature. A person, who is willing to remain in the labor market and to be in demand among employers must constantly improve, deepen and update one‘s knowledge. |
