The main goal of this master’s thesis was to analyze the application of remote learning method in the company's activities to raise the qualifications of the company's employees. There was also a need for a set of systems that could help to achieve the desired result - work and learning activities that would bring positive results on the workflow and employee qualification development. This document provides a detailed specification for the above-mentioned set of systems, which includes descriptions and the mapping of all possible main system’s actions. Before selecting the systems, which were used in creation of the whole set, a literature research was made, as well as other alternative tools were used, which could be used in e-learning method. The results of this research helped determine how and what functions are needed in a set of the systems and what role each of the system partakes. Also, it was considered that this set of systems should be used not only for distant learning, but also as a tool for tracking and managing employee’s workflow. During the master's work, the set of systems used for e-learning and project management processes was successfully created and fully configured, including specification and user guides. Also, this tool has been tested and prepared for usage. A survey of the employees who used it was organized to find the benefits of the new-created tool. |
