The aim of the paper is to provide recommendations for the creative problem solving tool application success in the virtual group. By analyzing different working groups, it is noticeable that there are various conditions that influence the success of their work. Virtual workgroups are becoming more and more popular in organisations but with popularity also grows the need for appropriate tools to help groups control and ensure that the group's goal is completed successfully. There are researches abouth creative methods used in virtual groups to achieve the group's goal, but little attention has been paid to identifying the conditions for the success of such instruments, and it is therefore important to investigate the key determinants of the success factors of creative problem solving tools in virtual groups. |
