Abstract [eng] |
The aim of this study is to identify the relationship between corporate social responsibility and the connection of organizational attractiveness with prospective practitioner‘s views. In modern society, most companies want to look honorable, attractive, create a positive reputation for themselves. That is why, organizations choose to be social responsible. CSR can be one point of the organization's attractiveness, which helps pull in future professionals. Therefore, it is important to examine how CSR relates with the attractiveness of the organization for prospective practitioners: how much is the future employee familiar with this phenomenon and are they inclined to work in a socially responsible organization? |
