| Abstract [eng] |
Social discount rate in Lithuania and its calculation methods are analyzed in this paper work.Thus, it is proposed to transform the parameters of the classical SDN computing formula by including the migration component and taking into account the type of economic sector. Results show that depending on the economic sector social discount rate in Lithuania ranges from 2.24 to 6.47%. Analysis of investment projects' sensitivity has shown that long-term projects and their socio-economic benefits are more sensitive to the social discount rate. |
