Project managers belong to different generations and possess diverse personality traits and skills influenced by different social environments and significant life events. Emotional intelligence is a set of traits and skills, therefore, its expression differs depending on the generation that a project manager belongs to. It is important to understand these differences because it uncovers the strengths and the weaknesses of project managers. The goal of the thesis sets to define the expression of the emotional intelligence of different generations‘ project managers. |
