Master‘s thesis – Warehouse‘s with administration accommodation‘s building construction part project. Building is being projected in region of Kaunas, eldership of Domeikava, Kumpiai village, Tikslo street. Area of plot – 10000,50 m^2, Length of the build – 116,66 meter, width – 49,41 meter. Area of the build 6530,41 m^2, of which warehouse - 5705,78 m^2, administration accommodation 824,63 m^2. Master‘s thesis consists of: Architectural part, where solutions to the architectural part of the building is being discussed. Construction part, where double-sided reinforced concrete with beforehand strained strands, reinforced concrete beam, holed reinforced concrete slab with beforehand strained strands, reinforced concrete column, and pole drilled monolith foundation is being calculated. Research part, where calculation of composite column is being given using Euro Code norms. Technological and economical part, where instructions of reinforced concrete column assembly, requirements of quality and its inspection criteria is being given. Also the price of reinforced concrete column and composite column assembly price is being compared. Fire fighting part, where calculations for smoke removal from the rooms are being made. |
