„Smart House“ is the term used widely around the world for the past 100 years , therefore we have large variety of different experiences and smart systems that are used everywhere and in Lithuania as well. There are plenty of new smart homes that are being build in the world and in Lithuania, but we have many older buildings especially in the downtown area that hold a value as high as the the homes in the suburbs, with the opened mind for a smart system. Such a home would serve a great purpose to analyze a variety of technological decisions. There will be 3 alternative choices to accomodate potential clients, comparing data, resources, profit and economical usage. The most optimal choice would be analyzed further including materials and technology itself for the specific project. The end result is analyzed and the efficiency is calculated. |
