Abstract [eng] In Master‘s final work heating and air-ventilation systems are designed for a low energy building. Heat source – heat pump ground-water. The heat pump is located in a technical room. There are pipelines from the heat pump, which are constructed in two floor-heating manifolds, which are designed in the wall of the first and the second floor of the house. Floor-heating pipelines from manifolds are designed in all rooms. The system of floor-heating is designed by using thermostats to regulate temperature in different facilities. In the bathroom, electric dryers for towels are installed. Ventilation system is designed as mechanical. Ventilation installation with a rotary exchanger is chosen. Ventilation installation is located in a technical room. From the ventilation installation the air is provided in the living room, work room, technical room and bedrooms. The air is extracted from bathrooms, kitchen, technical room. The natural ventilation system is designed in the garage. Ventilation installation extracte air per air shaft. Air supply in garage room carried out during gates. Heating and ventilation systems have an outlay calculated.
