The examined study area in the Master Thesis was the microclimate of office premises. During the accomplished survey, there was found that the complaints of respondents were about the well-being during work in the office and the complaints correspond to the symptoms of the sick buildings‘ syndrome. In the work of Master Thesis for the administrational building, given to the conclusions obtained, heating, cooling, air conditiong and irrigation systems were designed. Fan convectors with two heat exchangers are designed for heating, cooling and air condioting systems of the premises. One of the fan convectors is for the heating and other is for the cooling of the premises. The NanoFog irrigation system, which sprays water into the rooms mixed with compressed air, is selected to maintain hygiene standards that corresponds to the relative humidity level in the rooms. The fluid for the heating system is prepared in the ground floor. The air conditiong device is foreseen on the roof. The irrigation system is also forseen on the roof, while the main devices of the irrigation system are designed in the ground floor of the building. After the design part was made, the local estimate of the air conditiong system was counted. |
