The final master's project analyzes opportunities of social risk persons for integration into the labor market. One of the problematic labor market groups is social risk. It is noticeable that it is more difficult to integrate into the labor market for people included in the social risk group, in particular because of their social situation, lack of motivation, attitude to work, poverty and social exclusion. Integration into the labor market of this group of people is a topical social problem influenced by factors such as: the state of the economy, supply-demand ratio between labor force, the attitude of employers and society towards people at a social risk group, motivation for work of the persons at the social risk group. Social risk persons are distinguished by the characteristics of this group of people, which hinder successful integration into society, also into the labor market. Therefore, in order to successfully integrate social risk people into the labor market, it is important to analyze the possibilities of integrating social risk into the labor marke. |
