New building constructions or renovation works are constantly continuing processes. There are a lot of different buildings materials which are needed to complete renovation or new building construction works. One part of construction works is facade installation. There are many different facade construction types. One of the most popular facade wall types is ventilated facade system. Plenty of various materials can be applied as decoration layer of ventilated facade with very different mechanical, asthetical and other properties. The aim of this work is to review and compare different decoration layer materials of ventilated façade systems by using the multi-criteria evaluation method. Decoration layer materials such as aliuminium composite panels, fibercement panels, fibercement planks, ceramic tiles are evaluated in the work. The assessment was done by using COPRAS multi-criteria evaluation method. This reasearch showed that most effective decoration layer meterial is ceramic tiles. The work consist of 3 parts: theoretical multi-criteria evaluation of ventilated facades, multi-criteria evaluation of the decoration layer of ventilated facade systems and results of the research. Conclusions of reasearch and literary list are included. |
