In this work, the influence of heat treatment on the quality of metal details is investigated. The first part consistently describes the thermal stages of the steel treatment and the processes occurring in those stages. Quality control methods and possible defects in heat treatment are also highlighted. The second part presents the process of production and preparation of the preforms. The thermal technological path is then formed from hardening to annealing. After the heat treatment, a control is carried out which results from a rigidity and axial shock test. In the third part, which contains the results of the study, all the data analyzed are presented graphically. Comparison of two different steels with respect to hardness and axial deflection strain. Finally, conclusions are drawn for some of the challenges. |
