The Master`s thesis analyzes the strategic human resources management in the field of social services in Lithuania. Strategic human resource management is essential for providing social services organizations with effective and high-quality social services and finding effective ways to address emerging issues and achieve meaningful outcomes. The scientific literature provides a wealth of information on strategic management, public organization strategies, human resources management and social services as separate issues, but there is a lack of specific research and strategic human resource management research in the field of social services in Lithuania. Therefore, this project emphasizes the necessity of changes in strategic human resource management and related problems in the field of social services in Lithuania. |
