Abstract [eng] |
The main aim/purpose of this masters final work is to investigate influence of used admixtures to fresh concretes rheological and technological features. As well as to detect hardened concretes longevity parameters and compare them. Subsequently, to look and check whether any changes appear when adding a mixtures to concrete. During the research, concrete with different kinds of composition is being investigated: with control composition, with spherical micro-plastic bubbles, with air formatting chemical supplement and with air absorbing supplement. In the process of the research, literature analysis is done, during which the most essential literature is being analyzed. Also descriptions of used materials and operational properties are presented. Biggest impact to the course of this experiment is done by tests: with fresh concrete (diffusion of the mix, measurement of the amount of air) and with hardened concrete (strength of compression measurement, tensile cleaving strength measurement, kinetic water absorption measurement, capillary heating/freezing, micro pores quantity L300 and the distance between the pores factor measurement). Each of the tests is being analyzed and described, data is shown graphically, conclusions are formulated. During the researches, concrete from company AB „Akmenės cementas“, granite from UAB „Granitas“, sand from university, and mixtures from a company SIA „Sika“ Baltic, were used. The tests were done in the Kaunas Technological University and in a company UAB „Autokausta“. |
