| Abstract [eng] |
The purpose of this study is to investigate the strength of spot welded joints, to compare the joints welded by different welding parameters and to determine the quality of welded joints. A problem that occurred in one production company was analyzed in this work. There was made an analysis of scientific literature and the articles in which contact welding was investigated. The goal and tasks of the work were formulated. According to different welding current there were produced three samples of welded joints and determined the strength of those joints. Microstructural characterization of joints was defined. There were defined the fusion zones of welded joints and hardness of the welded contacts was measured. Finally, the analysis of the obtained results and the conclusions of the research were formulated. |
