Abstract [eng] |
The purpose of the master's thesis is to do research on spot friction welding using different types of aluminum alloys, different parameters and various shapes of a tool. Doing the research experimental (real) test and theoretical calculations were made. In the first chapter was reviewed the literature. Information of the results of the friction stir spot welding (FSSW) test were collected, reviewing the use of various industrial uses of aluminum alloys. The second chapter describes experimental tests stands and tests for friction stir spot point welding. Changing tool speed n, axial feed Fy, tool shape (triangle, quadrilateral). The tests were performed on two types of aluminum alloys - AlMg3W19 and TL091-T4. Graphics describing relationships of axial forces and bending moments from welding time were made. A review of welding zones were performed, as well as a statistical analysis of the results distribution ANOVA. |
