The work analyzes the product under investigation, reviews the existing production process, determines which components of the shutter are most labor intensive, identifies the main causes that cause defects in the product. Search for improvements for analysed manufacturing process is executed.Designing new equipment and assessing the design and suitability for use of the equipment developed. The productivity of the technological process is calculated and compared with the proposed device. The estimated cost of the designed device and its payback time are counted. |
