The final Masters’ goal is to analyze and improve the company's production processes, using methods of production efficiency. In the first part of the work, we analyze the basic principles of the most widely used methods of production improvement - Lean and TOC. In the second part of the work - there are examples of production improvement methods used by specific companies. Analyzed their effect on business processes. In the third part of the work, is an overview of technological processes, analyzed company production. Analyzed of production improvement methods and they adaptability for company. Presented of finding the problem equipment and analysis its technological processes. In the fourth part is about scheme of cause a consequence, the application of SMED method, correlation and regression analysis. |
