Abstract [eng] Theme relevance. Every organization recently facing with constantly growing competition when analyzing activities indicators, the most important thing is pay attention to factors which has influence to the company’s performance results, to be able to remain in today’s market. More often science and business analytics notices that socially responsible companies receive more advantages against other companies which offers the same products or services. Socially responsible organizations have to orientate not only to their ethical financial goals, but also they have to be able to: integrate into secure, ecologic environment; look at employees, consumers and other related sides interest satisfaction. Smoothly developing the dialogue between interested sides is almost the best way to earn trust to organization. There is no developed one socially responsible business management model which be appropriate for all organizations to grow their business expansion, that’s why trying to achieve reliable and responsible employers image very important to analyze company’s social responsibility’s necessity in the most important interested sides – employees and client perspective, in order to effectively develop the organization's activities.
