Rising the importance of quality management promotes organizations to inculcate quality management systems, which ensure a high level of work quality, rise the employees’ motivation, satisfaction of the clients’ and the other parties concerned. Modern public sector organizations realizing the systems of quality management notice that their effectiveness is strongly determined by engagement of the employees so why the organizations, the researchers are interested in phenomenon motivating the employee engagement in this system. |
