The size of wages is important not only as the economic issue, but also is the object of the legal analysis for scientists. Its rise leads to a higher living standards and shows the achievements of economic wellfare but the decline causes economic and social problems (Raziulytė, 2011). Moreover, wage is one of the best motivating factors for the employee for his efforts, that are reflected in the decisions employee makes in his work environment, which in turn are critical for the successful organization. In order to avoid wage-related problems that are relevant not only to the employer and employee, but also to the government, it is necessary to properly identify the significant factors that have biggest impact and determine the reasons for their change. Moreover, based on the economic situations of a country and the whole world (due to labor migration, foreign investments, etc.) - to forecast wage changes and to take into account the results obtained when making decisions not only for the company but also for the country. |
