Growing demand for real estate in Europe and especially in the Scandinavian countries promotes the creation and development of various manufacturing enterprises, like construction companies in Lithuania and other relatively cheap labor countries. In this research one of the following companies UAB “Wilbergs Group” is being investigated by its possibilities of export. The research object consists of a modular home market in Europe and Scandinavia, with a view to the export of modular homes from Lithuania. The aim of the research is to evaluate and select the potential export directions of modular houses produced in Lithuania, based on the example of UAB “Wilbergs Group”. |
