The aim of the research - to determine the peculiarities of business processes management in a company implementing construction work and to provide recommendations for improvement of business processes management. The following objectives are set to achieve the aim: 1. To reveal the problems of business processes management; 2. To analyze the concept of business processes, management models; 3. Having overviewed the advantages of integrating standardized management systems into process management, create a theoretical model for business process management improvement; 4. To research the business processes at UAB „Statranga“ and identify obstacles to the implementation of processes; 5. To formulate recommendations for improving the management of business processes at UAB „Statranga“. |
