For many years, the Lithuanian organization has been paying more attention to its employees, their promotion and evaluation. One of the main personnel management tools is the systematic value creation of employees. Clear benchmarking of operational standards unifies the understanding of the tasks performed by employers and employees, thus ensuring the effective use of the employee incentive system, transferring staff to other positions, based on appropriate motives. Employees are constantly encouraged to develop and pursue their career planning. In this way, organizations pay more attention to the training of the employees themselves, the employee value creation system and the payroll system are introduced. |
